1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using QRCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced by them, including our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and account use

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and must keep your login credentials and account access secure.

You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account or workspace, including the actions of invited members, users operating under your authority, and any QR content published from your workspace.

3. Service scope

QRCraft provides tools to create, manage, export, and route QR experiences, including static QR payloads, routed URL-like QR destinations, workspace management, account-linked billing, plan-based entitlements, and related support services.

Certain features may be limited by plan tier, billing status, technical availability, or product changes made by us from time to time.

4. Your QR content and workspace responsibilities

You are responsible for the destination content, linked resources, messages, credentials, contact information, labels, surrounding copy, and any other data embedded in or routed through the QR codes you create using the service.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to use, publish, store, route, and distribute all content or links you submit through the platform.

5. Static QR payloads, routed links, and analytics behavior

Some QR codes created through the service encode content directly into the QR itself. Others, especially URL-like QR codes saved to the workspace, may use a QRCraft-managed link that redirects the scanner to your configured destination.

Static encoded QR content may not be editable once exported, printed, or distributed. Routed URL-like QR destinations may be editable only on plans or features designated by us, and aggregate scan counts may be recorded for those routed QR codes.

Analytics and scan counts made available through the service are operational estimates only and may be affected by repeat scans, automated traffic, device behavior, browser prefetching, blocked requests, network conditions, or other technical factors.

6. Acceptable use restrictions

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to publish or route unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized content.

  • Do not use the service for phishing, malware distribution, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive redirection.
  • Do not route users to content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
  • Do not use misleading labels, headings, context text, packaging copy, or deployment materials that inaccurately describe the actual QR destination or encoded payload.
  • Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, scan controls, payment requirements, export restrictions, or technical safeguards.
  • Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or misuse the platform in a way that harms us, our users, or our infrastructure.

7. Plans, billing, and subscriptions

Paid plans may be offered on a monthly or yearly basis and may be processed through Razorpay or other authorized billing providers selected by us. Fees, plan limits, and included features are shown in the product or billing pages at the time of purchase.

By starting a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring or one-time charges associated with your selected plan. GST, bank fees, currency conversion charges, or payment-provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method, and invoices may be issued as GST Invoice where applicable.

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original paid purchase or plan activation on a no-questions-asked basis. After that window, cancellations normally stop future renewals or access at the end of the current billing cycle unless a different treatment is required by law or expressly approved by us.

Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of paid features while reviewed by Directors. Failure of payment, provider-side cancellation, expiration, or misuse may also result in downgrade, suspension, or loss of access to paid features.

Free, Pro, and Business entitlements may differ and may change prospectively as the product evolves. Some features may be in limited rollout, managed rollout, preview status, or not yet generally available even if referenced in plan materials.

8. Intellectual property and platform ownership

QRCraft, QR Experience Builder, the platform UI, QR rendering system, design language, software, code, visual assets, workflows, documentation, and related materials are proprietary to TECHVENTIVE IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our icon-style QR system, rendering logic, visual rules, and related product research are in-house company work. They are not represented as AI-generated output, open-source public domain assets, or third-party generative content for unrestricted reuse.

Except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms, no ownership, transfer, assignment, resale, or broader license is granted to you in the platform, brand, design system, or underlying research.

9. Your content and limited license to us

As between you and us, you retain responsibility for the content and destinations you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, render, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

10. Availability, updates, and changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, workflows, integrations, limits, or plan entitlements at any time. We may also perform maintenance, security updates, product changes, and operational improvements without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perpetual feature continuity, or error-free operation. Temporary outages, degraded performance, provider downtime, or compatibility changes may occur.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. TECHVENTIVE IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted performance except to the extent such disclaimers are not permitted by applicable law.

You are solely responsible for verifying your QR destinations, encoded payloads, print quality, scannability, labels, deployment conditions, compliance obligations, and business use before launching or distributing QR assets in the real world.

We are not responsible for reprint, replacement, recall, field remediation, campaign loss, or other downstream costs caused by incorrect QR setup, misleading labeling, deployment errors, destination changes made by you, or issues with third-party sites or content you link to.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or reputation arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us for the applicable paid plan during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or a reasonable minimum amount where required by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your QR destinations, your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, disable, deactivate, or terminate access to the service, a workspace, a routed QR link, or specific features if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay required fees, routed harmful content, used misleading QR labels, or otherwise used the service in a manner that harms us, other users, or third parties.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity, payment obligations, and dispute provisions, will survive.

15. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Laws of India, with courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to the service will be subject to the competent courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
