1. Current contract position
QRCraft primarily operates on standard click-through product terms for SMB customers.
Where a customer has a genuine processing or contract requirement, DPA or contract requests can be submitted for review by Directors and external counsel.
2. What to send
Send DPA or contract requests to connect@techventive.in. Include your company name, use case, expected data categories, and the deadline for review.
Contract and legal notices may be directed to 28 Feet Road, Near Electric Office, Vikasnagar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India - 248198.. Disputes and formal contract interpretation remain subject to Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India as stated in the Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Current limits
QRCraft should not currently be marketed as enterprise-ready, externally certified, or designed for regulated-sector procurement without additional written review and approvals.
